Bison wants your entire experience–from researching the best products for your unique needs, to your equipment purchase and delivery, to assembling and installation of your new equipment–to exceed your expectations.

If you would like to contract with a professional installer familiar with gymnasiums and recreational facilities, please view our list of Institutional Equipment Installers above or contact your local sporting goods dealer for contacts in your area. Often, a sporting goods store will offer installation services for an additional charge or can direct you to a local installer. If you are purchasing residential equipment for your driveway, backyard, or neighborhood, the Bison dealer you purchased the equipment from will be your best resource.

Bison’s customer service team can also be a valuable resource as you plan for installation of your new equipment.  Copies of installation instructions can be faxed or e-mailed, specific questions can be answered, and warranty or shipment concerns can be handled with a phone call to 800-247-7668 or simply send an e-mail to Bison any time day or night.

Bison is ready and willing to help you meet the NCAA testing requirement for Division I men’s basketball goals. For information on this requirement, see Bison’s Position Paper on NCAA Rules regarding rebound/elasticity of competition goals above. The actual testing device and complete instructions can be rented from Bison.
